The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your first primary goals will be to help rebuild the structure and culture of the business, obtain the funding the business requires from customers and investors, and find the staff and partners needed for growth. You will advise on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

Positive Party DJs will help build your career from the ground up. We will cover the cost of training, share expertise, and book & manage your gigs. You will be responsible for acquiring your own basic equipment and prove weekly practice with videos that will be used as marketing materials.

Even though this is a very flexible position we expect results. We depends on these leads to operate the business. If you can't put in the minimum hours necessary then this is not the position for you. While you won't be speaking to anyone on behalf of the company we will expect you to uphold our integrity standard.

Job Description
You will use our sales techniques to engage with potential leads and receive payment. You will need all up to date about Positive Party DJs and the industry in order to correctly answer any questions. You will also need to coordinate with DJ on availability and additional resources as needed.

You have to be hungry. We will teach you how to sell but we can't teach you to want it. We want salespeople who are eager to learn how to improve their skills even off the clock. While we will ensure you can make any financial goal you set, sales should never be your primary goal. We care most about providing the best possible solution to our clients. We will take good care of you if you take good care of our clients.
